Sunday, December 24, 2023: Fourth Sunday of Advent – Christmas Eve

Romans 16:25-27

25 Now to Him who is able to strengthen you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery that was kept secret for long ages 26 but has now been disclosed and through the prophetic writings has been made known to all nations, according to the command of the eternal God, to bring about the obedience of faith— 27 to the only wise God be glory forevermore through Jesus Christ! Amen.

Father God, we praise You for sending Jesus to earth to be Immanuel, God with us. Thank You for revealing Yourself through Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. Thank You for making known Your eternal plan of salvation for all nations, and Your deepest desire to bring about their obedience of faith. Yes, Lord, bring Buddhist people to obey You and have faith in You.

To You, Only Wise God, we give glory and we worship You! We will worship You forever, through Jesus Christ, the One who came to us at Christmas and will come again. Please strengthen us by Your good news to continue in faith and continue in prayer. Amen!
